	Pioneer Museum Park Original buildings, machinery, photos and artefacts used by the district's pioneers. The Pioneer Park has two bush walks - a short 1/2 to 1 hour walk and a longer walk along the river bank up to Mossy Garden. They are both interesting walks and cater for all ages and abilities within the two walks. We have a quiz which the children can do as they tour the museum and on completion are given a sepia print of Hampden Bridge with a certificate on the back which has the child's name and date of the visit. We also have a barrel which they can run on as it rolls, quoits using horse shoes, and the swing bridge is another terrific thing for the children.
