Located in the magical valley of Upper Kangaroo River, 'Rivendale Retreat' is the perfect place for couples to relax and experience the ultimate romantic weekend away.

This beautiful property, which is nestled in a young olive grove, offers guests the exclusive use of a fully renovated home surrounded by some of the most magnificent views in the valley of sandstone escarpment, luscious forests, rolling pastures and neighbouring orchards of Yawarra Estate.

At Rivendale you will immediately find an ambience that will soothe and invigorate your soul from the moment you arrive. You can lazily fall back into the comfortable day-bed on the large undercover veranda, or relax on the private deck overlooking our dam and native garden. Night-time brings a myriad of stars, best seen by the outdoor fire-pit, before you retire to the soft surroundings of Rivendale’s stylish interior.

This home luxuriously sleeps one couple/queen bed and is stylishly but warmly furnished throughout with beautiful recycled timber furniture, hardwood floors, soft throws, large Turkish cushions, romantic bath and of course, a log burning stove. Reverse cycle heating & cooling is also provided. We offer a large screen HDTV, DVD player, high quality stereo system and high speed internet access to cater for your entertainment needs.
